It was well organised and the marshals were great, lots of encouragement through the race!
I will definitely be signing up again for next year!

The start was a bit confusing in terms of where to stand for the timing you were aiming for.

We really enjoyed today, the event was excellent! Great organisation, professional, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The route was lovely with the right amount of signage and water stations. Well done!!!

The start needs to be spread out over at least 3/4 of the whole road. The small area the children were contained in at the beginning lead to many falling over whists running and being pushed, if this was to be improved it would make it even better.

A overall fantastic event and very well organised, fantastic crowds from start to finish. Amazing start and finish line experience 100%.
Only negative would be drivers ignoring road closures and driving and weaving in and out amongst the runners pushing their way past, worst section was Norton & Hele Lane into the back of Bishops Hull, was absolutely gridlocked with even a lorry pushing passed, quite dangerous at times. This will need to be reviewed prior to the next event.

Really well supported event and great job by all involved.
Marshalls were excellent

My only comment would be that water station 3 was too near the thin bridge which meant as I passed there was a car going over and lots of runners walking or standing on the bridge with their water so I had to stop. If the water station were further back that might aid congestion. Otherwise well done bringing the race back, awesome job all round.

Some issues with the start funnel (may have been a me issue). Would’ve loved my samba bands! Fab marshals

I don’t normally do reviews. But today was fantastic. I mean I had a long line of people follow so I didn’t need to worry about the signage and directions but the Marshall were fantastic. So encouraging and kind it really made th event what it was.

Only issues were traffic wanting to pass and getting very close to runners down the lanes and one of the water stations wasn't in great place on a narrow part of road hear narrow bridge, causing congestion with cars passing aswell it wasn't safe.

The toilets were clean and quick to access without long queues.
The registration was easy
Water points and gels available was great
I don’t use the beg drop so can’t comment but great that it was available for those that needed it.
Information on parking was useful.
Pelts of water stations available.
I found the water station by the small bridge was probably not in the best place. It was extremely congested with cars trying to squeeze through and overtake runners. That was my only negative.
Other than that, it was a great event with great atmosphere and the medal
was classy and definitely one I’d want to display.

An incredible amount of work must go in to organising everything- thank you so much to the 3 guys that led the team, and to the many volunteers that gave up their time to make it all happen. What a brilliant event!

If I was being picky, the recycling bins were too close to the water stations giving you little time to drink.
