The start was a bit crowded and the PA system was poor.

So good that the race has been reinstated with a new team managing the event. Great for Taunton and combining it with the Farmers Market worked really well.

Best marshalled half I’ve ever done, every one of them was brilliant.

Such a great event and I loved it.
Just a couple of little, small things which might not be possible to change. The start was a little chaotic. Maybe people could be called to the start line gradually? Or have predicted finish time pens?
The race timings also seem a little inconsistent between the time in website and the clock at the finish line.
Overall a FAB event and I will enter again! Thank you for all your hard work bringing the race back to Taunton.

It was my first half and I was a little confused at the beginning and couldn't hear the instructions that well but apart from that 1000% great run

Great support from the marshals and members of the public. It spurs you on when someone calls your name. A very scenic route, which helped distract you from the 'inclines', It did sadden me to see gel wrappers strewn on the floor, If you can carry them with you full then you can carry the empty wrapper and dispose of it correctly, now someone has to go and pick them up. Also a small number of motorists clearly demonstrated animosity towards runners by drivers too close and too fast. Overall a well organised race, well supported and I enjoyed being a part of it.

Brilliant race, well organised, great route, marshalls and volunteers were superb. I have already entered for 2027.

Maybe start runners in waves as a bit bottlenecked getting out of town. Fabulous event well done to the organisers and all involved today it was wonderful!

The only slight note I would make, which stops this getting very good across the board is the position of one of the aid stations, I think it was the third one. Although the were all very well staffed and stocked, the location of the one right before the narrow bridge did create somewhat of a bottleneck when a car was coming in the other direction. Other than that, I think it was an amazing event and will definitely be back.

The event was amazing, the vibe was great! Honestly couldn’t have been better. Well done to all the organisers!! Can’t wait for the next one !!

Everything was so very impressive today compared to the previous years, only down side was not receiving a free T-shirt at the end, shame as the event is definitely worth advertising, many thanks.

This event was incredible. It was so well organised. The atmosphere was absolutely electric, not only in the town centre (start / finish) but at every turn of the course. The water stations were perfectly placed, well managed and well stocked. So thankful to every volunteer, the organisers and every cheer that was given.
